A halter top with short bottoms in one swimsuit? Yes! Our polka-dot halter two-piece plus size swimsuit from T.H.E. features a top with a soft cup bra and wide elastic band for extra support. The shorts have a comfortable built in panty. The length of the top measures 14 1/2 to 16 1/2 inches going from size 16 to 26 from the underarm to the bottom. The shorts measure from 15 inches to 16 1/2 inches with a 2 to 2 1/2 inch inseam going from a size 16 to a size 26. 80% Nylon 20% Lycra Spandex. Color: Black/White. Hand Wash. Imported
